Using videoconferencing technology, Job ECHO enhances access to maintain patients with complex chronic circumstances by equipping primary proper care providers while using the knowledge and skills necessary to provide remarkable specialty care to their individuals. Project REPLICATE is a type of guided practice that has been effectively applied in more than 40 countries worldwide.

The ECHO model has been put in place in various industries including crissis change, hepatitis C treatment, and climate change education. The ECHO version helps community providers learn new skills and provides a learning environment to improve functionality.

Participants in Project ECHO go to weekly virtual clinics with expert advisors to get didactic education, guidance, and feedback in cases. In the clinic, participants present substantial, de-identified affected person cases. This provides an opportunity for your dynamic community of led practice to emerge.

Project ECHO also contains regular workout sessions that discuss new technologies, best practices, and opportunities for medical quality improvement. Members are also able to engage in regular expert review to foster a learning environment.

The ECHO model helps to spread fresh knowledge from academic bodies, health services, and community care sites. It also encourages a «all learn, all of the teach» way.

The ECHO model also gives ongoing support to front line doctors and PCPs. Through telementoring, Project ECHO grows access to consultant care in rural organizations and enhances health results for underserved patients.

Task ECHO’s progressive telementoring model enables professionals to share expertise and know-how with most important care suppliers in outlying communities. In addition to increasing access to expert care for patients with intricate chronic circumstances, Project ECHO has also been accustomed to improve education and climate improve.
